READING TO SELF

Our WHALE WATCH focus this week is 'TRYING OUR VERY BEST' in reading to self.  These superstars are doing an amazing job of:

  • building stamina 
  • getting started straight away 
  • reading the whole time 
  • reading quietly 
  • staying in one spot
  • ignoring distractions

HANDWRITING

Jemma was an outstanding teacher today.  Her handwriting is very impressive, so she will be helping these girls to develop their skills.  They were very motivated to show Jemma what they could do.
